What an exciting season so far for our Eagles soccer team! With 31 players on the team, we’re thankful for the God-given talents each player brings to the field and love watching them use those gifts, have fun, and encourage one another.
Highlights include:
* Our varsity team is 7-0 on the season and heading into postseason play as the #1 seed. We will host a playoff game at Dred Scott at 4:15pm on Tues, Oct 6. We will then play in either the 3rd place or championship game at SCLA on Sat, Oct 10. Come cheer on our squad as we make our end-of-season push!
* We are averaging 5 goals a contest. Top goal scorers so far are Stephen, Sam J, and Colton.
* Our team is led by six 8th grade starters who are complemented well by several talented up-and-coming 6th and 7th graders.
