Our school’s curriculum is a plan for learning which identifies the student’s interaction with content, materials, resources, other learners, and the procedures for assessing the attainment of educational goals. For each subject area we ask:
· What should students know?
· What skills should students be able to perform?
· What attitudes about the subject should students demonstrate?
Our curriculum is built step by step. While one set of learner goals is emphasized at each grade level, these skills and concepts are not forgotten at the next grade levels. Teachers continue to review and reinforce these core goals as students move from grade to grade.
